ABOVE GROUND FUEL STEEL TANKS

✅ Tank designed as per BS EN 12285-2.
✅ Capacities available in 5KL / 10KL / 15KL / 20KL / 25KL / 30KL / 40KL / 50KL
✅ Can be shipped in 20′ or 40’ ISO shipping container.
✅ Design pressure shall be atmospheric.
✅ Type of tank – cylindrical, single wall, horizontal with steel saddles.
✅ Nozzles provided as per standard requirements.
✅ Non Destructive testing will be visual 100%, dye penetrant test – Random on butt weld joints, radiography – spot.
✅ Hydro test with full of water @ 0.7 bar for one hour.
✅ External surface preparation with grit blast to SA 2.5 Std. and epoxy coating to total 200 microns DFT.
✅ Internal surface sprayed with SAE-10 anti rust oil.
